- Develop and implement safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in the field
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and make recommendations for corrective action
- Provide training and support to field staff on relevant safety guidelines and procedures
- Write and recommend policies and procedures to improve safety performance

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with emergency response planning and protocols.
