**Job Summary**:
The Driver Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and managing the team of drivers based in Riyadh. This role ensures the efficient and timely delivery of shipments, oversees driver performance, and ensures operational compliance with company standards and delivery promises.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and support the team of drivers in Riyadh.
- Monitor daily driver activities, ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports on delivery metrics, driver performance, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to plan and assign delivery routes.
- Address and resolve any delivery delays, driver concerns, or client complaints promptly.
- Ensure all drivers follow company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to drivers.
- Maintain up-to-date records of driver attendance, delivery logs, and vehicle usage.
- Support in onboarding and training new drivers when needed.
- Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the driver team.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within logistics, transportation, or delivery operations.
- Valid Saudi driving license (light/heavy, as applicable).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Riyadh’s road network and delivery routes.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time.
- Proficient in using delivery tracking systems and reporting tools (Excel, GPS, etc.).
- Good command of Arabic and basic English (verbal & written).
