Pizza Chef

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook **authentic Italian-style pizzas**, including Neapolitan, Roman, or other regional styles
- Mix and ferment **fresh pizza dough** daily using traditional methods
- Operate and maintain **wood-fired**, **gas**, or **stone ovens** for optimal pizza cooking
- Slice, prepare, and store fresh pizza toppings, sauces, and cheeses
- Monitor oven temperature and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked evenly and to specification
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are consistently met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to refine recipes and contribute to menu development

**Requirements**:
- Experience with a variety of pizza styles (e.g., Neapolitan, Roman, Sicilian)
- Creative flair for developing seasonal or gourmet pizzas
