Overview:
We are looking for an HR Supervisor to join our team and implement various human resources policy and procedure. HR Supervisor will undertake a wide rang of HR tasks, like administrating employee benefits and leaves, calculating payroll, maintain employee data, and handling government sites. The goal is to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the general activities of the HR Team.
- Assist Direct Manager to liaise with external agencies in relation to HR matters.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process run smoothly.
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
- Generate and implement HR policy and procedure throughout the organization.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practice, regulatory changes and employment law.
- Dealing with employee procedure in government sites (Qiwa - GOSI - Muqem - Mudad - HRDF).
- Ensures all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Report to management and provide decision support.
Job Recruitments:
- BSc in Human Resources or any related field.
- Total 2 - 5 years of experience in Human resources operations.
- Solid knowledge of payroll process.
- Understanding or labor law and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Advanced English communication skills.
**Salary**: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
