**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and motivated **Fraud Technology Business Analyst** to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in our fight against fraud. As a Fraud Technology Business Analyst, you will be at the intersection of business and technology, working to implement, test, and optimize our fraud detection systems. You will work closely with IT, implementation teams, and **Group-IB management** to ensure our systems are robust, effective, and aligned with our business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement fraud detection rules within the Group-IB platform.
- Review and validate Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to ensure they meet fraud detection and prevention needs.
- Develop and deploy integrated systems to detect and prevent cyber fraud, customizing and configuring fraud detection platforms to meet banking industry needs.
- Communicate cyber fraud needs to IT and implementation teams, specifying required attributes for system integrations. Integrate various fraud detection tools with our existing IT infrastructure and coordinate with IT, finance, and legal departments to ensure seamless operation.
- Act as the intermediary between business units and IT to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Draft testing scenarios and conduct thorough testing to validate system effectiveness.
- Monitor network traffic, transactions, and customer behavior for signs of fraudulent activity, analyzing data to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of fraud.
- Respond to security incidents involving cyber fraud, conduct forensic analysis, and work with incident response teams to mitigate damage and prevent recurrence.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential fraud risks, developing strategies and controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations, laws, and industry standards, maintaining documentation and reports for compliance audits.
- Provide training and support to staff on fraud detection systems and best practices, assisting in the development of policies and procedures related to cyber fraud prevention and response.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to enhance fraud detection systems and communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about fraud risks and protection measures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve fraud detection and prevention systems, staying updated on technological advancements and integrating new solutions to enhance security.
- Manage projects related to the development and implementation of fraud detection systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with fraud detection tools and systems integration.
- Proficiency with Group-IB or similar fraud detection platforms
- 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in fraud detection and prevention within the banking sector.
- Group-IB Certification is mandatory
- Strong understanding of cyber fraud methodologies and prevention techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.
- Excellent communication skills for effective liaison between business and technical teams.
- Knowledge of systems integration and software testing methodologies.
- Preferred to be located in the GCC region.
