**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in Civil/Roads construction projects, including earthwork, grading, asphalt paving, and road maintenance.
- Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure they meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and material procurement for the projects.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve any technical issues and provide technical advice and guidance to project teams and contractors.
- Prepare progress reports, site diaries, and other project documentation.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Civil/Roads Field Engineer.
- Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, road construction techniques, and codes/regulations.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Professional certifications in civil engineering or related fields are desirable.
