Job Title: Transport Supervisor

Type: Full-Time

Purpose:
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and monitoring the performance of a team of 50+ members. You will play a crucial role in optimizing operations, addressing challenges, and ensuring that both team and fleet performance meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Develop Team: Manage, develop, and monitor team members, continuously suggesting improvements to uplift productivity.

Issue Resolution: Address daily and hourly issues such as ID problems, vehicle breakdowns, and work disruptions. Coordinate with road assistants to ensure quick resolutions.

Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and analyze team and fleet performance, ensuring pre-trip and post-trip checks are done effectively.

Compliance: Ensure team members adhere to company policies and logistics best practices.

Reporting: Read, analyze, and report on performance statistics from delivery partners and aggregators. Escalate issues when necessary.

Fleet Management: Monitor fleet operations and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance needs. This mechanical job

Team Motivation: Organize team members into top, mid, and low performers, focusing on sustaining and improving performance.

Camp Monitoring: Supervise team camps, resolve issues, and escalate matters when necessary to ensure high team morale and performance.

Training: Train new team members according to the company’s training program and support them in improving their performance.

Daily Target Management: Manage, monitor, and report on team performance based on daily targets.

**Requirements**:
Proven Experience: A track record of managing over 50+ team members in logistics and delivery.

Fleet Management: Experience managing at least 50+ fleets and overseeing delivery processes and operations.

Driving License: A valid driving license is required.

Transferable Iqama: Must have a transferable Iqama.

Good Health & Communication: Physically fit with strong communication skills.

Language Skills: Ability to understand English and Urdu.

Tech-Savvy: Familiar with mobile app usage for tracking and reporting.

Highly Motivated & Hard-Working: A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
