**Job Summary**: The Restaurant Service Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, service stations, and back-of-house areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff. This role also provides essential support to the service team, facilitating smooth and efficient service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
Dining Area Maintenance:

- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and floors promptly after guest departure.
- Reset tables with appropriate linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, including condiment containers, salt/pepper shakers, and menus.
- Ensure the dining area is free of debris and spills.

Back-of-House Cleaning:

- Clean and sanitize dishwashing areas, bussing stations, and storage areas.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies.

Service Team Assistance:

- Assist service staff with bussing tables and clearing dishes.
- Refill water glasses and beverage stations as needed.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of service areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the cleaning of spills that may occur.

Inventory and Supplies:

- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are low.
- Ensure proper storage of cleaning equipment.
- Adherence to Standards:

- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼1,500.00 per month
