**Job Purpose/Objective**:
Responsible for all regulatory and operational requirements to ensure that the Cigna KSA branch is successfully established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in full compliance with all applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations

**Role Requirements**:

- Build and maintain good relations with Saudi Arabian regulators and authorities during the Cigna KSA Branch establishment.
- Ensure all necessary regulatory filings are completed and submitted on time.
- Monitor significant proposed changes or changes in laws, regulations and establish appropriate corporate response to these changes.
- Ensure Cigna KSA Branch operations confirm to Saudi Arabian legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensure that the Cigna KSA Branch confirms with Cigna standards in line with delegated guidelines and authorities.
- Ensure the Cigna KSA Branch is set up to achieve the income budgets, growth and profitability objectives of the Cigna KSA Branch Committee.
- Be part of hiring decisions related to the Cigna KSA branch establishment and accomplish Saudization goals as stipulated by relevant authorities.
- Support the Branch Committee with its strategic direction and provide guidance in achieving team performance goals.
- Foster a culture of compliance and good citizenship

**Experience, Competency and Knowledge Requirements**:

- Minimum 12-15 years of experiences in a financial services or insurance environment, preferably in international/expatriate healthcare provision at senior or sales-related level with a focus not only on growth but also on profitability and client management
- An outstanding record and reputation for exhibiting the highest personal and professional integrity
- Pattern of thinking, talking, leading and acting with customers continuously in mind
- High degree of ethics and integrity with ability to roll sleeves up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical & strategic skills (financial, planning, operational)

**Education and Other Requirements**:

- Graduate degree in an appropriate discipline.
- An intellectually bright person with strong financial and analytical skills, who is comfortable dealing with complexity.
- A decisive individual who can support the Cigna KSA Branch Committee in developing and leading new business and people strategies.
