Veterinary Medical Representative

**About role**:
We are in **AWAT** seeking a dynamic Veterinary Medical Representative (VMR) is a specialized sales professional to join our team in **KSA** who will be mainly responsible for promotes and sells veterinary products, including pharmaceuticals, vaccines, diagnostic tools, and other medical supplies, to veterinarians, veterinary clinics, and animal hospitals. The role combines knowledge of veterinary medicine with strong sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of products to potential clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Promotion** **-** Promote and sell veterinary products to veterinarians, clinics, and hospitals, all target clients and work on develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets that upon Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potentiality within the veterinary sector
- **Product Knowledge -** Stay informed about the latest veterinary products, treatments, and industry trends, responsible for provide detailed information and demonstrations of products to veterinarians and clinic staff and conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs, provide product updates, and offer support.
- **Market Research -** Identify potential clients and analyze market trends to target sales efforts effectively, gather feedback from clients to understand their needs and preferences, negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to optimize profitability, monitor competitor activities, and client feedback to emphasize growth and investment opportunities
- **Training and Support -** In charge of offer training to veterinary staff on the proper use of products, provide ongoing support and address any concerns or questions from clients and in charge of conduct product presentations, training, and demonstrations for clients and stakeholders.
- **Sales Strategy -**Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share, prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and adjust strategies as needed, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- **Networking -**Attend veterinary conferences, trade shows, and industry events to network and promote products, and collaborate with other sales representatives and professionals in the industry and ensure stay updated on product features, benefits, and advancements in veterinary industry business area.
- **Regulatory Compliance -**Ensure that all sales and promotional activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines in the veterinary field.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinarian Science, Biology, Nutrition, or a related field is Must.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience in the veterinary, pharmaceutical, or nutrition industry in the **KSA** market.
- Experience in “large line & Poultry “in western region (Jeddah) - central region (Riyadh)
- Must have KSA residence (VISA transfer) and driving license
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with veterinary nutrition and supplement products is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
**Work Environment**:
- : VMRs primarily work in the field, visiting veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, and all related businesses. This involves traveling to meet with veterinarians and their staff to discuss products and services.
- : Representatives are assigned specific geographic territories, which they manage independently. This requires effective planning and time management to cover all clients and prospects.
- : While much of the work is field-based, you may also spend time in an office setting to handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating customer databases, and planning sales strategies.
- : VMRs team may participate in regular meetings with sales teams or management to discuss performance, share insights, and strategize for future sales efforts.
- : VMRs often attend veterinary conferences, trade shows, and industry events. These settings provide opportunities for networking, learning about new products, and showcasing their company’s offerings.
- : VMR team work closely with veterinarians and their staff, requiring strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships. This involves understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
