Eram Talent is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Engineer to join our team. As the Lead Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects in the UAE. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of project engineers to ensure successful project execution
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and effective communication
- Identify and manage project risks, and implement mitigation measures
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 13 years' experience in project engineering or management
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the UAE market is preferred
- Proficiency in project management software/tools
- Professional certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are a plus
