As a **Recruitment Supervisor**, **you will b**e **responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment efforts of the organization and work closely with the HR team and department managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals and workforce needs.
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to senior management to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.

**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in recruitment for at least 7-10 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of recruiters
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
