**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the operation and manages service Engineering Applications team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and

- Manage day-to-day tickets with the managed service and ensure thin-layer intervention for quality assurance and reports.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
