General Foreman

An international general contracting Organization with high presence in GCC and Saudi Arabia is looking for General foreman - Civil who have experience in Construction industry with work experience not less than 5 Years in Concrete, Finishing, Steel structure and preferable with experience in PEB works

**Role Objective**:
To lead, supervise, and coordinate all site civil construction activities, ensuring efficient execution of concrete, finishing, PEB, and steel structure works in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on field management on fast-track, design-build industrial and commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily civil site operations including concrete works, block works, finishes, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), and steel structure erection.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and tradesmen to ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor workforce productivity, ensure proper deployment of manpower, tools, and materials, and report any delays or issues to site management.
- Interpret and implement construction drawings, ensuring accurate execution and compliance with specifications.
- Ensure that health, safety, and environmental practices are strictly followed on site.
- Provide hands-on leadership to site teams, monitor progress, and ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Liaise with subcontractors and ensure alignment with project program and site requirements.
- Inspect completed works and prepare snag/punch lists for rectification prior to handover.
- Maintain daily site records including manpower deployment, work progress, equipment use, and site issues.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a General Foreman or similar supervisory role in the **construction industry**, preferably with a **main contractor**.
- Strong knowledge in:

- **Concrete structures and formworks**:

- **Interior and exterior finishing works**:

- **PEB and steel structure erection**:

- Previous experience in **fast-track, design-build projects** is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with **industrial and commercial facilities construction** (e.g., warehouses, factories, logistics centers, retail complexes), preferably in **KSA** or GCC.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, basic site reporting tools).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼13,000.00 per month
