Respond to IT support requests from employees and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex problems.
- Escalate issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates and patches.
- Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to ensure optimal functioning.
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Update knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on IT best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT technical support role.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Experience in Active Directory (Create Accounts, Groups, OU, Service Accounts, Reset password, Unlock users)
- Experience of MDM Service and troubleshooting.
- Experience of BMC Remedy System ticketing.
- Experience of windows 10 & Windows 11 troubleshooting.
- Experience of WebEx (Create Account, day to day troubleshooting and reporting)
- Experience of MS teams (Create Account, day to day troubleshooting and reporting)
- Experience of Call Manager (Create Profile, day to day troubleshooting and reporting)
- Experience of MS Products for example (Office 2021, Office 2019 installation & troubleshooting.
- Experience of Share folder (Create folders and manage permissions)
- Experience of Acrobat Products (Admin Console and manage accounts permissions)
- Experience of Nexthink (Proactive procedures, Provide Reports, Create Dashboards)
- Experience of Mange Engine Desktop Central (Patch management and Scripting)
