We are seeking a **Construction Manager** with hands-on experience in **seawater desalination plant projects**.

You will manage and fully work with multi-disciplinary teams on the construction and commissioning of high-capacity **SWRO (Seawater Reverse Osmosis)** or **MED (Multi-Effect Distillation)** plants.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s in **Mechanical Engineering**:

- **5+ years** of relevant experience, with at least **1 project in seawater desalination (SWRO or MED)**:

- Strong understanding of mechanical process equipment (pumps, valves, filters)
- Familiarity with international codes**:ASME, API, AWWA**:

- Experience working with EPC companies or large infrastructure projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Plant 3D or equivalent
- Strong communication and technical reporting skills in English
- GCC experience or willingness to relocate

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ﷼17,000.00 - ﷼19,000.00 per month
