Job Description: Sales Manager
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company sales objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and generating leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals.
- Train and develop the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, In the Catering and B2B industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
