As Senior Health and Safety Leader (HSE) - KSA, you’ll lead a highly-motivated team of skilled specialists ensuring the well-being of our workforce and compliance with our HSE standards. You’ll interact directly with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure regulatory requirements are met. You’ll develop functionality and continuous improvement of our innovative HSE program.

As a Senior Health and Safety Leader (HSE) - KSA, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing all aspects of health, safety and environmental programs to maintain full compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as internal and external business requirements and driving continuous improvement
- Influencing and mentor facility leadership toward the strengthening of an Interdependent HSE Culture in KSA
- Supporting HSE leadership team with Country level HSE KPIs and progress on HSE goals in PCs
- Communicating with local governmental authorities for new decree updates
- Handling customer HSE requests with business leaders to support existing and future contracts in KSA
- Developing, preparing and presenting regular updates to facility leadership on key HSE performance indicators
- Serving as HSE technical expert for process hazard analyses, management of change, incident investigation, hot work permitting, emergency planning and response

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have at least 10 years' experience in health, safety & environment in the oil & gas industry of which 5 years of experience in Functional Management
- Be certified in one or more relevant HSE and lead auditor certifications
- Have substantial experience of working within the HSE discipline and framework
- Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating large teams within a global matrix environment
- Have the ability to lead programs & projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
