**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor production operations and ensure their proper execution according to specifications and standards.
- Inspect manufactured products to ensure their quality and compliance with required specifications.
- Perform initial maintenance work on equipment and machinery to ensure the continuity of production operations.
- Record data and information related to production, quality, and maintenance operations.
- Prepare the necessary equipment and tools for the production process in the precast concrete factory.
- Collaborate with technical and administrative teams to improve production processes and increase efficiency.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety procedures throughout all work stages.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Civil, or Construction and Building.
- Inspection skills and quality assurance expertise.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Ability to handle work pressure and problem-solving effectively.
- Punctuality and discipline in work.
- Proficiency in English within the scope of work.
