The Role
To lead projects from concept stage through to operational handover stage to deliver the project/s to the satisfaction of Clients and Compass Partners, within budget, in accordance with the brief and in accordance with authority requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous KSA senior quantity surveying experience within the design and construction phases of projects is required. - Previous KSA experience of managing a team of quantity surveyors for a single or multiple projects. - A civil or construction related degree is required. RICS certification will be highly regarded.
