**Job Summary**:
We are a contracting company in Saudi Arabia looking for a highly experienced electrical engineer in evaluation processes and bid studies who is capable of accurately analyzing the technical and financial requirements of electrical projects from within Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Develop competitive bids and proposals in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to gather technical and commercial details.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and budget constraints.
- Lead the preparation of technical and commercial submissions.
- Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and industry practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the construction or contracting Co.
- Preferably someone with a PMP certification.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, project specifications, and tendering procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation.
- The ability to analyze data and prepare clear reports.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- in tendering: 5 years (preferred)
