**Job Description**:
A Façade Specialist with extensive experience across a range of buildings, including high rise (200m+) is required to undertake design reviews. Coordination with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers will also be part of duties. Expert knowledge of standards and specifications is required in the field across a range of materials and finishes.Job DutiesCarrying out design reviews of building structures, specifically façadesCoordination and management across disciplines and interfacesAttending meetings with architects to provide engineering input to the designCommunicating with design teams, management as well as working autonomously.

**Qualifications**:
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**: Person Specification: Problem solving/lateral thinking skillsBuild successful working relationships with clients, designers and contractorsGood management skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and establish priorities for the timely completion of work.High level of professionalism and initiativeExperienceMinimum 15 to 20 years’ experience working in related field and on major projectsMiddle East experience preferredAdditional CommentsLocation would be in Neom, Tabuk, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Remote location. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, civil or structural engineeringRecognized professional qualifications.Familiarity with façade systems, design and manufactureExcellent written and spoken English
