**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and maximizes growth opportunities.
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare Marketing Budgets and forecasts, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment with the company's marketing plan.
- Advise the CEO on marketing-related decisions.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement, and adjust strategies as needed
- Representing the company in external Marketing events
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specific marketing needs, including graphic design, SEO, and content development.
- Ensure compliance with the marketing budget.
- Manage the company's digital and non-digital presence, including website, social media platforms, and content creation, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Creating and implementing the Marketing department Policies and procedures
- Ensure the compliance of the marketing content with the marketing strategies and objectives
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or Relevant Fields.
- 3 or more years of experience in the marketing field.
- Excellent Writing Skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
- Report preparation and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
