Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.

Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.

Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.

Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).

Cooperate with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.

Manage the planning initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels and platforms.

Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

Assign individual tasks of a marketing plan to the marketing and sales teams.

Manage the team to establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.

Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
