**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify qualified suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Lead the procurement team and provide guidance on best procurement practices.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
