**Job Description: Maintenance Field Engineer**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Technical Operations**
- **Machine Installation & Servicing**:

- Oversee the installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair services to ensure equipment reliability.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**:

- Identify and resolve technical issues related to machines and equipment.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to address recurring issues effectively.
- **Spare Parts Management**:

- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for maintenance.
- Coordinate procurement of necessary parts and optimize inventory costs.
- **Customer Support**:

- Manage customer maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.

**Revenue Generation**
- **Business Development for Maintenance**:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the maintenance department.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell maintenance services.
- Establish service contracts and maintenance agreements with clients.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor departmental revenue and profitability targets.
- Prepare financial reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements.

**Team Leadership**
- **Field Technicians Management**:

- Supervise and mentor field technicians to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and optimize team schedules for efficient service delivery.
- **Operational Management**:

- Develop maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, revenue data, and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in maintenance, installation, or field engineering roles, with exposure to revenue-driven operations.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of machine basics, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Ability to develop and negotiate maintenance service contracts.
- **Business Acumen**:

- Experience in revenue generation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the maintenance domain.
- **Management Skills**:

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage spare parts inventory.
- Excellent organizational and operational planning skills.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- **Location**: Based in Riyadh, with a willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
