**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Management**: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
- **Attendance Tracking**: Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Insurance and Benefits Administration**: Manage employee insurance programs and company benefits, ensuring employees are informed and enrolled as needed.
- **Labor Law and Government Compliance**: Stay updated with labor laws and government regulations, ensuring company practices are in compliance.
- **Government Relations (Optional)**: Handle communication and relationships with government agencies, if applicable.
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledgeable in payroll systems, employee benefits, and attendance management.
- Familiarity with labor laws and government regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in recruitment and HR processes.
- Government Relations experience is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HR.
