As a Back Side Pump Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Conducts all business activities in accordance with BH HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and BH Core Values.
- Performs all required responsibilities safely and as described in the standard operations manual.
- Maintaining good/daily communication with the engineers and operation coordinator.
- Provides records of such equipment and spare parts, other assemblies as run and product consumed to the customer representative at the rig/well site.
- Maintaining cementing unit, ready for pressure testing and cementing all time
- Promotes and maintains good customer relations.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Scheduling cementing operations; including operations and maintenance of equipment.
- Planning and prepare for casing cementing, plug back cementing and any miscellaneous pumping activities
- Under general supervision receives established instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on well site activity.
- Working with crew on location to prepare equipment and products for any pumping operation assigned to us
- Drives Company vehicles in a safe manner, observing all Company and government regulations and arrives safely at well site or other designated destination at scheduled time.
- Assists with training of assigned personnel in operations and maintenance.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have an Engineering degree or high school with relevant equivalent experience
- Have 8+ years of cementing and back side pumping & pressure testing.
- Be a team player and display excellent communication skills.
- Have current or past experience working in Oil & Gas industry
- Have knowledge on how to operate safely and flawlessly two brands of cement units (Baker’s and/or competitors’ ones)
