**Job Title: Trainer Barista**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs for baristas, covering coffee and customer service.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations to enhance barista skills.
- Provide guidance on coffee bean selection, grinding, and equipment maintenance.
- Evaluate and assess the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and innovations to incorporate into training programs.
- Maintain training materials and resources.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and address them effectively.
- Uphold our brand's high standards for coffee quality and customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- A deep passion for coffee and a minimum of [3] years of barista experience.
- Proven experience in coffee training and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive learning environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee culture, equipment, brewing techniques, specialty coffee and latte art.
- Customer-focused and committed to delivering an exceptional coffee experience.
- Barista certification and/or relevant coffee industry qualifications are a plus.

**Salary**: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
