Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **HSW ( Health, Safety & Welfare) Experts **to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Oversee contractors HSW implementation at site.
- Review submittals thru Aconex including but not limited to plans and procedures, method statement and risk assessment, plant & equipment, HSW personnel, etc.
- Site intervention for unsafe observations, highlight positive observations and report significant risk findings in ENABLON till close-out.
- Conduct inspection and report thru ENABLON, follow up till close-out.
- Collect, review, validate contractor reports
- Drive / participate in campaign, trainings, drills, etc.
- Lead site HSW walkthrough.
- Attend HSW internal and contractor meetings.
- Lead/ participate in incident investigation, upload report in ENABLON and follow up till close out.
- Check compliance of contractors as per NEOM SOPs, plans & procedures, method statement & risk control measures, Veri-Fi, etc.
- Interface / coordinate with other departments for planning, implementation of HSW matters, resolve HSW issues.
- Degree in Qualified in Safety, Engineering or similar field
- Must have 10 year's post graduate experience in Health & Safety
