**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the HR department, ensuring smooth operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Address employee relations and performance management issues, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, collaboration, and diversity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
