As a Real time Geo-Mechanics Engineer, you will bring technical differentiation with expertise in 1D reservoir geo-mechanical modelling with field experience throughout the oil field life cycle. The role requires developing and supporting new projects both externally and internally working with the RT Geomechanics teams in KSA as well as other regions.

As a Real time Geo-Mechanics Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Being involved in conceptual or theoretical activities related to geology, geography, geophysics, geomorphology, and other aspects of the earth.
- Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities, and giving explanations on technical issues.
- Communicating with direct team and supervisor.
- Presenting to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Master's in a geoscience / Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
- Have a minimum of 2 yrs’ Experience in Geomechanics with minimum 3 yrs field experience.
- Have field working experience in multiple petroleum basins/provinces and understand their geological settings and reservoir complexities.
- Be Individual contributor that can demonstrate dedicated teaming skills to work across various Baker Hughes internal and external organizations.
- Be good oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to work individually.
- Be self-motivated and can operate with mínimal supervision.
- Be good interpersonal /Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Be positive, flexible, and adaptable and perform under stress when required and the ability to manage multiple projects with teams simultaneously.
- Be able to demonstrate proficiency in Geo-Mechanical model-building and related software.
