Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Road Design Engineer **to join our team In this role you will get to **work on the amazing projects in the region **.

**What You'll Be Expected**:

- To have prior working experience in Saudi Arabia.
- To have willingness to travel or relocate to client, or construction site locations, or other offices (if required).
- To be able to independently develops and/or supervises the creation of engineering products that meet customer / client quality requirements.
- To be able to work / prepare details, including detailed calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design and installation packages, proposal evaluations, technical reports, and detailed analyses.
- To be able to provides support for other engineering activities as required. May supervise one or more subordinates and provide input regarding performance.
- To be able to provides input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.
- To be able to performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Should be able to update seniors / managers / PMs about the current project status and any issue before hand.
- To be able to support (and take lead if required) on technical reports / presentations.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field)
- 8+ years related work experience
- Proven skills and experience in understanding and previous experience of working in BIM environment for Transportation.
- Proven skills in working on fast track projects.
- Proven skills in working on multiple tasks at given time.
- Presentation skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.- Proficiency in Civil 3D and swept path software (AutoTurn / Vehicle Tracking etc).
- Practical working experience on Road design and BIM software like Civil 3D, Auto Turn, Navisworks, Infraworks etc.

- Ability to manage the workload and meet projects milestones.
- Must be aware of and have been involved and working with BIM for Transportation. Shall be aware of various aspects of BIM including 3D solids etc.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects / tasks in case of requirements.
- Must be able to perform on fast track projects and in pressure situations.
- Working knowledge of Dynamo will be an added advantage.
- Shall perform a self check before handling the design for further actions.
- Must be able to work on BIM software like Navisworks, Infraworks etc.
- Must have working knowledge of BIM and its related workflows.
- Must have due diligence and proper time keeping, must have practical experience of work ethics.

**Licenses and Certifications**
- Engineers in Training-EIT Certification may be required.
