**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Conduct all accident, incident and near-miss investigations and recommend changes to management
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Attend all safety committee meetings, build and distribute meeting agenda, take meeting minutes and ensure all necessary paperwork is ready for meeting
- Create training programs for employees on safe work practices, hazardous materials handling, and emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards in the workplace.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelors in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- **Safety Audits and Inspections **- Skilled in conducting regular safety audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure ongoing safety standards are met.
- **Emergency Response Planning **- Capability in developing and coordinating emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and first-aid protocols.

- OSHA training 30 hours
- Preferable NEBOSH Certification

- **Knowledge of Safety Regulations **- Expertise in OSHA standards, KSA safety laws, and industry best practices.
- **Safety Training and Education **- Experience designing and delivering safety training programs to promote awareness and ensure compliance.
