**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new **business opportunities** within the events and exhibitions sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with **corporate clients, government entities, associations, and event sponsors**.
- Meet and exceed **sales targets** by securing new clients and maximizing revenue from existing clients.
- Conduct **market research** to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive **sales presentations and proposals** tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including **event planners, marketing, and operations** to ensure successful event execution.
- Negotiate **contracts and pricing** agreements while ensuring profitability.
- Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the **CRM system** and provide sales reports to management.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Events Management**, or a related field.
- **3-5 years of sales experience** in the **events, exhibitions, or hospitality industry**.
- Proven ability to **generate leads, negotiate, and close deals**.
- Strong understanding of **event planning, sponsorship sales, and exhibition booth sales**.
- Experience in **corporate events, light shows, concerts, and exhibition theme conceptualization & booth/stand design**.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and **presentation skills**.
- Ability to **work under pressure and meet deadlines**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and CRM software.
- Fluency in **English and Arabic** is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within **KSA and GCC** for client meetings and events.
