In addition to on-demand meals cooked in our cloud kitchens, we also offer subscription-based meal plans and a first-of-its-kind virtual food court concept Mix ‘N’ Match. Kitopi currently operates more than 100 kitchens across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar with its tech-hub in Poland and its customer experience center in the UAE.

**What You'll Do**:

- Ensuring PPM scheduled activities and contracts are properly completed and administered.
- Manage the local facility management system.
- Coordinating with 3rd party contractors, making sure work is as per the Kitopi standard and safety guidelines have been followed.
- Responsible for observing and addressing Health & Safety maintenance matters in all workplaces.
- Complete internal work orders within the pre-agreed SLA times set for the respective urgencies.
- Direct report for a team of technicians responsible to complete all internal jobs.
- Responsible of disseminating workloads to maintenance team.
- Assisting maintenance team in fields that require specialized advice.
- Responsible for the local annual maintenance budget and PPM budget.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting maintenance expenses.
- Obtaining quotations and awarding jobs following the company’s procurement guidelines.
- Identifying recurring issues and suggesting permanent solutions.
- Responsible for the inventory of spare parts and following the correct internal procurement request of such spare parts.
- Responsible for the spare equipment set and transfer to and from the kitchens.

**What We Look For**:

- 10+ years experience in facility management or maintenance.
- Knowledge of major kitchen equipment categories (fryers, convection ovens, griddles, microwaves, panini grills, fridges & freezers, walk-in cold rooms, etc).
- Knowledgeable in electronic, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.
- Technically proficient in electronic circuits, electro-mechanical systems, electricals, refrigeration, and industrial kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of Gear drives, Belt drives, Chain drives, Shafting and bearings and other various flexible couplings.
- Knowledge of various centrifugal pumps, Automatic valves and air valves.
- Skilled in use of precision tools, micrometer, caliper dial indicator, and other electromechanical tools.
- Working knowledge of Plumbing and Steam system, Electricity, and Electrical systems.
- Working knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic system.
- A good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work in a team and lead a team.
- Driving license, required.
