Siemens Mobility KSA is part of the BACS consortium which is responsible for the design and build of Lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh metro networks. Today, we are recruiting a Tarining Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: Basic knowledge of Competency Management System (CMS) Organize trainings and supervises all participants of training measures. Organize train-the-trainer trainings. Supporting of the training manager in all his duties. Organize training of experts in their relevant field. Responsibility for the safety of groups of trainees together with the EHS team. Analysis of needs for trainings in cooperation with the concerned departments. Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of the individual training programs. Elaboration of documentation for training activities. Clarification of training objectives and performance criteria prior to the commencement of the training. Provision of advice for the most effective methods of training. Initiating the conduction of additional trainings in coordination with the training manager. Supporting the training manager with administrative work. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration or any relevant degree from reputable university or College. Experience in same function ideally with the same capacity Very good level of English language. Arabic is a plus. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook) Advanced organizational skills People-person, quality-oriented and results-driven. Saudi National. What else do I need to know?
