InnovationTeam is looking for a proactive and innovative Service Designer - UX to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance user experiences across various services and platforms. You will leverage your background in UX design and service design to ensure our services are not only functional but also a joy to use.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing to gather insights on user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Design and visualize service blueprints, customer journey maps, and service design proposals that outline user experiences and identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that convey elegant and efficient user interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to co-create and deliver holistic service solutions.
- Translate user feedback and research findings into actionable design recommendations that inform service development and iteration.
- Facilitate co-design workshops with users and stakeholders to iterate on service concepts and gather valuable feedback.
- Develop and maintain a design system that encompasses service design principles and UX guidelines, ensuring consistency across services.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously optimize the design process.
- Document and present design concepts, user insights, and service proposals to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation and deliverables to facilitate effective communication throughout the design lifecycle.

**Requirements**:
4+ years of service design experience
Expertise in requirement analysis, service blueprinting and journey mapping

Strong user research, ethnographic research and analytical skills
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
Strong communication and visualization skills.
Bachelor or Masters in computer science, information technology, software engineering or related fields.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
