**Who We Are Looking For**

The Electrical (Maintenance) Supervisor ensures the integrity and compliance to KCAD WWS Policies and Procedures relating to all E&M activities of SIES and KCAD Land Drilling.

84 hours/week (7*12)

**Responsibilities**
- Provides guidelines and assistance for implementation of the KCA Deutag Maintenance System Policies and Procedures.
- Supports on-going learning and development process of SIES Asset Management and E&M BU land staff.
- Reviews existing assurance processes for the management of Technical Integrity.
- Identifies ‘Best Practices’ within Land and ensure they are documented, shared and implemented accordingly.
- Lead electrical maintenance activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and directing the work of subordinate people and report any deviations and difficulties to the Workshop Section Leader.
- Advance Technology, Maintenance and Troubleshooting experiences for following Drilling Equipment:

- Power Control and Drive (AC & SCR) Systems Manufactures: Bentec, ABB, NOV/Ross Hill, Siemens
- PLC Automation Systems Manufactures: Schneider Electric, Siemens
- Advance Maintenance skills on Hazardous Area (EX) Equipment.
- Manage site equipment, ensuring the continuous operation through ordinary/extraordinary maintenance and repairs
- Revise and approve all base and rig site electrical material request (28 Rigs, Ross Hill Control Co., NOV, Drillmec, Bentec, IEC, IER, Loadmaster, LTI)
- Coordinate the activities of electrical department (TDS team, electrical workshop, electronic workshop, instrumentation workshop, quality team)
- Coordinate the activities of field electrical supervisors and electronic technicians
- Supervise the maintenance jobs done by third party workshops
- Technical advice and support for procurement department (technical evaluations)
- Troubleshooting and remote technical assistance to rig chief electricians, field supervisors and ETs
- Communication with OEM and close cooperation with electrical asset engineers
- Assessing management of change, technical support for rig upgrades, technical support during incident investigation
- Managing human resources internally, evaluations, job interviews and promotion interviews, etc.
- Reviewing and supervising work orders done by CE on the rig site
- Close cooperation with mechanical department, drilling operations and safety department
- Prepare equipment test & commissioning procedures (ETP) in order to plan and estimates labour, materials and other requirements for completion of specific jobs
- Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relevant to the work.
- Ensure compliance with Company permit work system, isolation standard and Toolbox meetings if required.
- Assist with evaluation process of electrical personnel on field and base.
- Participates in projects (tasks to be discussed and agreed on separately with Manager)
- Provides guideline and support for implementation of KCA Deutag Global competence System and act as Mentor and Validator to the SIES Asset Management and Land E&M teams.

**Experience**
- Experience with Bentec equipment and system products would be advantageous
