**Job Description and Qualifications**

This position is responsible for performing the Data Entry and Document Management activities on NEOM projects and will report to the Site Material Controller/Planner. The Data Entry Technician main responsibility is to scan and upload all signed copies of the documents including corresponding attachment and provide support to the Material Controller/Planner to enter MRR and posting Material Issue Report in SMat®.

**Principal Accountabilities**

The Data Entry Technician is expected to:

- Supports Material Controller/Planner on day-to-day material related activities.
- Enter MRR in SMat® in Receiving modules and Posting of Material Issue Report.
- Scanning and uploading of documents to EDMS or Shared folder for future reference.
- Filing of hard copy documents

**Critical Competencies**
- Experience in performing Data Entry and/or Document Management.
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience use of Material Management system in a construction site environment ideally Smart Materials® or other Material Management systems such as IPMS, MatMat, and others

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in any IT related courses, or 2+ years relevant experience in Data Entry/Document Management

Working knowledge of Site Module of Material Management system in a construction site environment ideally Smart Materials® or other Material Management systems such as IPMS, MatMat, and others
