Daily Food Co. is a leading fast-growth restaurant operator in Saudi Arabia.

Daily Food Co. currently owns three brands (Maestro Pizza, Pinzatta and MAD Pizza) and operates 200 stores across Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

The company is integrated vertically, owning and operating its own Production and Supply Chain facilities.

Although the company was founded in 2013, it has experimented a high growth and it currently employs about 1,800 employees.

Role description:
Join our dynamic Operations team as an Analyst and directly impact the success of 200+ stores
- Uncover strategic and tactical improvements in branch and delivery operations through deep data analysis of sales, KPIs, and process times.
- Conduct deep “on-demand” data analysis upon Management requirements.
- Take leadership as “Project Manager” on strategic/tactical project implementation in the Operations department.
- Collaborate on the Operations models updates (capacity, staffing, delivery, etc.).
- Support the Operations department champion continuous improvement.

Education requirements:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process/Organization Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
- MBA is highly valued.

Experience
- 2+ years in an Operations-related role (Operations Consultant, Analyst, or Management).
- QSR experience is highly valued.

**Skills**:

- Data analytics: High/Proficiency level.
- Project Management.
- Problem-solving.
- Autonomous thinking & execution.
- Process improvement knowledge: Bottleneck analysis, Six Sigma, Lean, Kanban, Simulation
- High English level (spoken and written).
