JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Civils and Structure Inspector to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of civil and structural projects throughout their lifecycle. You will conduct comprehensive inspections, review and interpret project plans, and collaborate closely with project teams to ensure that construction meets all specifications and standards. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the impactful infrastructure initiatives in Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed inspections of civil and structural works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and regulations.
- Review project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports, to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Monitor construction activities and assess the quality of workmanship, materials, and equipment used on-site.
- Document findings, issues, and non-compliance incidents, and prepare inspection reports for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with contractors and project teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Participate in technical meetings and provide expert guidance on civil and structural practices.
- Ensure all records and documentation are maintained accurately according to project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Civils and Structure Inspector.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, structural integrity standards, and relevant codes and regulations.
- Experience in inspecting and reviewing civil and structural construction projects comprehensively.
- Proficient in interpreting project plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify quality issues and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications or licenses relevant to civil and structural inspection are preferred.
