**Lead AI Engineer - React Native Mobile Apps**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong React Native expertise to lead the development of a VIP experience mobile app where you will design and integrate AI-driven features (e.g., virtual assistants, personalized recommendations, voice translation) into a React Native-based front-end, delivering a seamless, cross-platform experience for iOS and Android. The app includes onboarding, booking, concierge, navigation, engagement, security, and backend integrations, all tailored for VIP delegates.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- AI Development & Integration:
○ Build and integrate AI features using LLMs (e.g., Norah AI, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Claude) for onboarding, recommendations, virtual assistants, and news digests.

○ Implement instant voice translation (Google Translate API), AI-driven agendas, and personalized notifications based on user preferences and location.

○ Optimize AI models for mobile (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, Core ML) to ensure low latency, offline support, and battery efficiency.
- React Native Front-End Development:
○ Develop a responsive, cross-platform UI/UX using React Native for features like onboarding flows, event booking, concierge chat, and navigation interfaces.

○ Integrate real-time features (e.g., WebSockets, Firebase push notifications) and third-party APIs (e.g., Almosafer, BlackLane, Uber, BLE beacons, Marcom).

○ Ensure accessibility, security (e.g., OAuth, JWT), and cultural alignment (e.g., Saudi etiquette) in the UI.
- Feature Implementation:
○ Onboarding & Personalization: AI-driven preference collection, consent modules, delegate profiles, digital welcome kits.

○ Booking & Planning: AI-curated bundles (Flight + Hotel + Events), priority bookings, one-click dining/transport reservations.

○ Concierge & AI Assistant: Norah AI virtual agent, interactive avatar, voice translation, daily digests, tour guide requests.

○ Navigation & Real-Time: Wayfinding with BLE beacons, landmark notifications, live streaming, itinerary syncing.

○ Engagement & Security: Secure delegate chat, role-based RSVPs, digital QR cards, real-time feedback.

○ Admin Support: Analytics for AI usage, event popularity, and guest satisfaction; emergency alert integration.
- Testing & Optimization: Test AI accuracy, bias, and mobile performance; optimize for offline use, real-time updates, and accessibility.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align with MoT protocols; document AI pipelines and React Native code.
- **Required Qualifications**:_
- Experience: 5+ years in AI engineering, with 3+ years integrating AI into React Native mobile apps for iOS/Android.
- Technical Skills:
○ Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude).

○ Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and UI libraries (e.g., React Native Elements).

○ Strong experience with API integrations (RESTful, GraphQL), voice APIs (e.g., Google Translate), real-time systems (WebSockets, Firebase), and secure authentication (OAuth, GDPR compliance).

○ Knowledge of mobile AI optimization (e.g., edge computing, quantization) and navigation technologies (e.g., BLE beacons).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- **Soft Skills**:Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
