Construction Foreman

**Job in brief**

Are you an experienced, enthusiastic, highly challenging **Construction Foreman**, having experience in ground watering / dewatering or over pumping or sheet piling or grouting or anchoring or hydro-demolition or system flushing or HDPE pipeline installation works**, **then you are the one we are looking for? **Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Supervise all the operations and workers on the job site.
- Evaluate the staff according to their performance and capabilities.
- Ensure that the workers are following blueprints and construction plans.
- Assure the safety procedures are being followed.
- Report the work progress on a weekly basis.
- Determine the time limit for the tasks and make sure it is completed on the decided time frame.
- Plan the schedule of working hours and shifts of the workers according to the requirement.
- Troubleshoot any issues that occur on the construction site and report them to the Construction Manager.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **Construction Foreman**.
- A diploma in civil engineering or similar preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in any Gulf countries.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Good aptitude in maths
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent knowledge of construction equipment and procedures.
- Ability to set clear priorities, delegate, and guide personnel at multiple sites.
- Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills, which support and enable sound decision making.
- Excellent team skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively across variety of internal and external stakeholders;
- Preference will be given to a transferable iqama holder.
- Other GCC residents are also recommended to apply.

**Salary: SAR 2000 - SAR 4000**
