**Job Description - Plant Manager (For Concrete Ready-mix Company)**:

- Ensuring that batching plants are calibrated and properly maintained. Records of maintenance and calibration shall be maintained. Frequency of calibration shall be specified in relevant QA Procedures.
- Ensuring that operators are skilled and qualified to operate the batching plants. And also operators are completely aware of the batching processes
- Ensuring that proper materials are being used for manufacturing the concrete. And also monitoring that in the bins of batching plant, two different kind materials shall not be mingled
- Coordinating with laboratory staff to assess the quality of materials
- Ensure that all the subordinates to whom he supervises are well experienced and qualified to execute their duties
- Ensure that proper records are maintained for every activity is being done.
- To coordinate with site foreman and shipping for the purpose of concrete supply to the customers
- Ensuring that all the vehicles and batching plants are maintained properly

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Master degree in Civil Engineering, architectural or structural engineering, preferable associate in project management field international organizations and associations.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience, including on mega projects.
- GCC experience preferred with construction, **Ready-mix** & manufacturing companies and also delivering a variety of projects with a focus on residential, infrastructure or retail assets.
- Must have a high valued portfolio covering the entire life-cycle of a project with a focus on delivery
