**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- This Job specifically involves the following key roles and responsibilities.
- Must be familiar with Mechanical submittals preparation and their reviews.
- Familiar with HVAC systems for cooling and heating
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be familiar with the preparation of standard shop drawings for piping and HVAC services as per specs and contract drawings.
- Must be familiar with equipment selections and preparing schedules.
- Familiar with preparing BOM for Piping and major HVAC items.
- Duties as assigned by the Mechanical Engineering “HVAC” discipline lead.
- Uses time and resource efficiently and effectively.
- Creates and maintains effective working relationships with supervisors, colleagues, clients, visitors, and public-at-large.
- Should have a flawless accent in English.
- Fully conversant with the latest versions of AUTOCAD and REVIT.
- Aware of the document flow required at various stages of construction.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Site based Lead HVAC/Mechanical Engineer.
- Responsible for ensuring that the quality expectations, budget and program constraints of the client are respected by the contractor.
- Responsible for managing junior mechanical engineering staff and inspectors.
