**Responsibilities**:

- **Inspect and Diagnose Issues**: Assess bicycles to identify mechanical or technical issues.
- **Repair and Maintenance**: Perform tune-ups, repairs, and regular maintenance on a wide range of bicycles, including e-bikes and mountain bikes.
- **Assembly**: Assemble new bicycles according to manufacturer specifications.
- **Custom Adjustments**: Adjust bike components to fit customers' needs, such as handlebars, brakes, and gears.
- **Customer Service**: Communicate with customers to explain repairs, provide estimates, and offer advice on proper bike care.
- **Inventory Management**: Track parts and supplies, ensuring the repair area is well-stocked.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and test bicycles before returning them to customers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bike Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of bicycle repair techniques.
- Familiarity with a variety of bike types, including road, mountain, hybrid, and e-bikes.
- Ability to use specialized tools for repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in bike repair or mechanics (e.g., Barnett Bicycle Institute or equivalent).
- Knowledge of electronic shifting systems and e-bike components.
- Passion for cycling and the biking community.
