Application Architect

**JOB LOCATION: Saudi Arabia (**Saudi Nationals**)**

**Job Objective**: Require high level of technical expertise across the enterprise landscape, including ERP (Oracle, SAP), Custom Apps (.Net, Java), SharePoint, Integration (ESB, APIs), Data Practice.

**Day to Day Operations**
- Identify and lead the technology tacks along with the project manager across multiple enterprises.
- Identify solutions, document, plan digital transformation journey for apps (Unify apps across multiple entities)
- Identify solution designs and perform business analysis of client requirements
- Transform requirements into technical task specifications
- Provide technical oversight to the development team for them to complete development task successfully
- Perform architectural and technology reviews according to best practices process standards and best practices
- Assist in development and executing training for internal employees
- Assist in Project Management ensuring efficient project execution and delivery of the projects
- Collaborate with various other teams, Oracle, SAP, Custom Apps, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Project Management.

**Strategic/Tactical**
- Work on long term strategic alliances and explore Startups for possible acquisitions.
- Deliver measurable (SMART) results as determined.
- Develop product offerings covering product roadmap, market and competitor analysis, pricing and launch strategies, financial projections and recommendations and actions for improvement
- Identify the customer pain points to generate product requirements.

**Safety, Quality & Environment**
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the section in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Make sure the products/solutions are following world best practices and trends.

- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

**Minimum Experience**:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in the technology / enterprises
- 5 - 7 years' experience in managing teams (cross functional, Oracle, SAP, SharePoint, Custom Apps, Integration)
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Saudi Market

**Job-Specific Skills**:

- 10 - 15 Years of Experience in Enterprises, Leading technical delivery of large digital transformation projects, Technical Architect, Solution Architect.
- 2+ years' experience working in the technical architect role in a Digital Transformation Program
- Excellent level of verbal and written
- **Arabic & English** communication skills
- Must be hands on with technologies required for this position.
- Must be aware of Project Management Frameworks.
- Expertise in launching new/handling existing services and products, IT governance, delivery and operations.
