Today, we embark on not just organizing high-quality sport experiences but building best-in-class multisport facilities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We’re joining Sports for All (SFA) on an exciting and groundbreaking mission, to increase the public's participation in recreational activities. Our facilities, at 7,000 sq. meters plus, will be home to various sports, offering a temperature controlled, open space for individual customers, academies and federations to play the games they love.
As a result, a position has arisen for a Finance Manager to join the business.
Based in either Jeddah or Dammam and supporting both locations. In this role you will manage all financial transactions including financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring proper books of accounts are maintained in compliance with the local law.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. We need a multitasker who prides himself/herself on attention to detail and “getting the job” done.

**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions - assisting in tax audits and tax returns
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable and produce error - free accounting reports
- Prepare and allocate budgets to each cost center
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status and provide technical support and advice to the Management team
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedure
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Overlook the facilities performance and lead monthly P&L reviews with the Operations team
- Review & approve all month end reconciliations and intercompany account balances and getting confirmation from intercompany management.
- Maintain a healthy EBITDA with the strong cost management and driving the right growth decisions
- Ensure that commensurate funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Auditing and approving the payroll
- Actively involved in operations meetings to help operation team by doing brief and detail analysis on new decisions based on financial aspects.
- Support month-end and year-end close process and develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Liaise with the Finance team in Dubai to improve financial procedures

**Person Specification**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively convey financial insights and conditions back to senior management
- Experience working in a service led facility (e.g. retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm
- Minimum of 5 years working experience with 2 years in senior accountant role
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, CPA, CMA and/or ACCA certified
- Fluent in English
- Experience in leading an accounts team is a plus
- Track record of managing high volume of data
- Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups, pivot tables and formulas
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Team-player
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
