**Job Brief**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Execution & Supervision**
- Oversee and manage civil engineering works for drilling and oil & gas projects.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and ensure project completion as per design and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress, report deviations, and implement corrective actions.
**2. Technical & Site Management**
- Review technical drawings, site layouts, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct inspections, prepare progress reports, and verify milestone completions.
**3. Coordination & Compliance**
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, HSE).
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities for permits and approvals.
- Enforce HSE measures during high-risk site activities.
**Required Qualification / Experience / Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum **5 years of total professional experience**, with at least **3 years in Saudi Arabia**.
- Previous experience in **Water Drilling Companies** or **Oil & Gas industry** is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, site supervision, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- **Iqama**: Must be **Transferable**.
Job Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Type of Employment: Full-Time / Permanent
